Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all business relations between Yancheng Topower Tyres Co., Ltd. ("Topower") and its customers regarding the sale of industrial tyres and related products.

2. Quotations and Contracts

Our quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. A contract is only established when we provide a written order confirmation or by the execution of the delivery.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are usually quoted FOB (Free On Board) China port unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms for international orders are typically T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

4. Warranty and Liability

Topower warrants that at the time of delivery, the products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty period for industrial tyres is generally 12 months or dependent on specific operating hours reaching a predefined limit.
